Opening hours of reception:
· From Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. non-stop.
· Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
· Sunday (May-September): 10 a.m. - 5 p.m..
· Sunday (Oct.-Apr.): 10a.m. - 1 p.m.

Convenience services:

Ticket sales, stamps, pre-stamped envelopes, telephone cards, faxes, itineraries. Shop: guides, walking maps, thematic books, post cards, objects in faience and crystal, and so on.

Guide and event services:

Provision of guided visits for groups, all year upon reservation, and guided visits for individuals for set days and times in July-August, free every 1st Sunday of the month. Programming of wheelchair visits upon reservation. Organisation of annual competitions (House Flower Displays - Lights) and thematic exhibitions.
