River tourism

The Marina

Awarded the 'European Blue Flag' and equipped with all necessary facilities, it invites all passing amateur sailors to make a gourmet stopover or to enjoy a pleasant prolonged stay.
Currently the marina has mooring capacity for forty craft.

Every year, in the spring, the Nautical Club organises training courses to obtain sea and river boat licenses.

Nautical Base of
Sarreguemines - Steinbach

Situated just 1 km to the city centre of Sarreguemines. A capacity of 36 wharves offers the possibility to spend some nice days on and off your boots and ships surrounded by beautiful nature. It is also possible to overwinter your ships here without the danger of flooding.
-    Installation of a terminal on the left riverside of the Saar.

There are also 10 places for camping cars equipped with water, electricity and sewage disposal. The Picnic Area is next to the city centre and reachable by a bicycle track.
