Golf and relaxation
The Golf Course is located right on the Franco-German border in Lorraine, in the Moselle department, in Sarreguemines-Rouhling.
In a pleasant setting of rolling hills, enjoy a wonderful 18 hole golf course spread over 107 hectares of a superb natural reserve, where the fauna and flora invite you to completely get away.
Tournaments, classes for experienced golfers and beginners, initiation.
The Towpath
(Chemin de Halage)
Forging a link between the towns of the Sarre valley between Germany and Alsace, this towpath follows a pleasant route through sites and picturesque landscape, with regular picnic and rest areas.
It can be enjoyed on foot, by bicycle or by rollerblade, all in the mutual respect of the various users.
Cycle lanes in Sarreguemines
A network of intra and inter-urban cycle lanes are currently being built. Cyclists will be able to follow the route of the Sarre Canal and the Habkircherweg, from Frauenberg to Bliesbruck.

Various pleasant walking itineraries are accessible through Sarreguemines forest area .

Buchholz forest
This 308 ha forest is situated 2.5 km to the Southwest of Sarreguemines.
Grosswald forest
The Grosswald is a forested area spread over two districts, Sarreguemines and Sarreinsming.
Forst forest
Sitterswald forest
Situated in Germany in the Kleinblittersdorf commune. Easily accessible from the car park of the Water sports centre (take the footbridge). The walks are very pleasant. Cross-border trips to Bliesbruck are available from the Water sports centre.

The meeting point for all excursions is the Poste car park, except for the walking of on Wednesdays, meeting to the Casino of Earthenware factories.
